A flexible approach to training

Your Foundation appreciates and understands that the whole emphasis of a quality and focussed service is to offer a number of flexible Personal Training options.

That’s why we are able to provide a number of ways to train you that suit not only your budget, but also your circumstances and time constraints.

We are able to offer a great degree of flexibility to fit in with your schedule, if you are a busy professional or simply want the convenience of working out straight from your day at the office.

Your Foundation trains many of its clients in the comfort their own homes.

Where do you train?

We offer a range of training locations: primarily sessions will take place in a location that is convenient to the client. Current locations used include Hyde Park, Finsbury Park, the Emirates stadium, Highbury fields, Victoria Park. Sessions can also take place in your home if you prefer: only a small amount of space needed to carry out an effective training session.

How much do your charge?

The cost of personal training with Your Foundation is extremely competitive. The price will vary depending on the amount of sessions you book. Please contact us for a quote.

Do your offer group sessions?

Yes. Your Foundation does deliver group sessions; which work out cheaper for the individual. Please contact us for a quote.
